Sheri Baemmert

Hi! My name is Sheri Baemmert and I have been teaching in the wellness environment since 1990 and truly believe I have the best job in the world. People who train with me know me as an intense “play your edge” teacher, but also as a caring one. My passion for seeing others achieve their goals allows me to teach from the heart. I believe it is important to work your body, mind, and breath as a whole. And you will “Feel the Sunshine” in every session.I have been studying fascia intently for a few years and find it fascinating how it relates so well to the principles and fundaments of yoga and Pilates. I am a certified Pilates apparatus and mat teacher thought the PhysicalMind Institute and have been teaching group and private Pilates sessions for over 15 years.After studying and teaching yoga since 1995, I finally found my Guru, Andrey Lappa, the creator of Universal Yoga. After meeting Andrey in 2011, my yoga practice and teaching style has been forever changed. I am now “at home” with Universal Yoga. This complete system of yoga includes all aspects of authentic yoga including: asana, vinyasa, pranayama, bandhas, mudras, mantra, yantra, energy work, studying spiritual texts and so much more. I have completed over 700 hours of training with Andrey and am now co-teaching with him.
